Hi! We’re Caroline and Noah Hanson and we’re so glad you’re here. With our roots stretching from California to Alabama, we’ve called many places home, however, we currently live in a little brick cottage in Nashville, Tennessee—where the story of The Hansons truly began. We spent our freshman year of college in neighboring dorms at Belmont University, but never crossed paths. Caroline studied Songwriting and Video Production, while Noah pursued a degree in Motion Pictures so, naturally, we met in an evening Spanish class at the beginning of our Sophomore year…

Let’s just say Noah almost failed Spanish that year.

Our love grew from deep friendship — the very best kind, in our opinion. And the rest of the story we’ll gladly share over a messy table and a few glasses of wine.

“it’s always the best friend”

Noah fell in love with the collaboration, technicality and emotional impact of cinematography at a very young age. His after school hobby of staging action movies and old western films with the neighborhood crew, ultimately evolved into a bigger dream of sharing real stories that would infuse the world with hope, and make a difference in people’s lives.

Caroline’s passion for relationships, music, and documentation is what led her to discover that filmmaking might just be at the intersection of everything she’s ever loved. Caroline enjoys challenging traditional filmmaking practices for the sake of raw emotion, human connection, and honoring the people behind the stories she tells.

Between his technical approach and her ability to get right to the heart of things—they soon realized they were two halves of a whole.

Caroline and Noah have spent the last 8 years traveling the world together to capture and share stories that inspire, encourage and connect people.

Stories that walk you home.

We’d be honored to hold your story in our hands.

By splitting our time between Nashville, Tennessee, and Southern California, most of our clients stretch far beyond our zip code—just how we like it. Near or far, our suitcase is ready, and we’ll likely have kids in tow.

We hope wherever your story may live, you’ll consider us worthy to tell it.
